This project was entirely self-directed, covering all aspects from brand design, packaging design, and product design to printing, sewing, and prototyping. Inspired by endangered animals in Taiwan, the goal was to integrate design with environmental awareness, encouraging people to recognize the importance of ecological conservation in everyday life. I created a lightweight coin pouch and tote bag, featuring embroidered scientific names of the animals to emphasize the conservation message. The packaging, made from recycled paper, was designed to be minimal yet informative, including background stories of the animals to raise awareness about environmental protection. This project was awarded the Bronze Prize at the 2019 Taiwan Young Designers' Exhibition (New Generation Design Exhibition), recognizing my efforts and achievements in both design and craftsmanship.
