Circles UBI Design Optimization
Circle UBI is an app focused on promoting community-based sharing economies by providing users with daily virtual currency (Circle Points) to exchange for products and services. Its goal is to build a sustainable, community-driven economic system, ensuring equal access to resources and enhancing local economic activities.
In this project, I designed the customer support system, addressing usability issues through a comprehensive help center. This included live chat, email, phone support, an improved FAQ search engine, and announcements. These enhancements improved user experience, efficiency, and overall trust in the platform.

Application design
CanLink is a platform designed to bridge the gap between newcomers and local communities in Canada, offering tailored services to help new immigrants and international students integrate into their new environment. The app connects users with essential services such as housing, legal assistance, healthcare resources, and local community events, promoting smoother transitions for those who are adjusting to life in Canada.
In my role for this project, I contributed to the development of an intuitive interface for CanLink, focusing on creating an accessible, user-friendly platform for those new to Canada. My design optimizations included simplifying navigation to essential resources and integrating multilingual support to meet the needs of a diverse user base.
Thrivve Magazine

Thrivve Magazine is a publication dedicated to supporting international students in Canada, providing them with vital information on topics like academic life, immigration, and cultural integration. The magazine serves as a reliable source of advice, resources, and practical tips to help students navigate their new environment, succeed in their studies, and feel more connected to the community.
In my role at Thrivve Magazine, I was responsible for art editing, collaborating closely with the editorial team to craft visually engaging layouts. I focused on graphic typesetting, ensuring that text and images worked together harmoniously. By using design software, I helped develop layouts that enhanced the readability of content, supporting the magazine's mission to empower international students by delivering not only valuable information but also an aesthetically pleasing experience.

BOBA RUN
BOBA RUN is a brand focused on offering fresh, high-quality bubble tea drinks. It emphasizes diversity and innovation in its beverage menu, providing an engaging and interactive experience for tea lovers. The brand aims to attract a young, fashion-forward consumer group seeking a premium, customizable bubble tea experience.
In the "BOBA RUN" project, I was responsible for redesigning the website to enhance its visual appeal and better highlight the brand's characteristics. The redesign focused on showcasing the brand's youthful, stylish image while offering a more intuitive user experience. This included streamlining the interface and navigation to make it easier for customers to find what they wanted, improving both the aesthetic and usability of the website.
